Greg Risberg
Changes within the insurance industry, as well as increasing work demands, multiply stress. Many of these changes and increased demands have directly affected us. How do we deal with that stress? Greg Risberg presents useful ideas on how to reduce stress and relax under pressure by showing us how to communicate more effectively, use humor as a stress-reliever, change negative self-talk, boost your self-care strategies and achieve more balance in our lives.
Greg is an active member of the National Speakers Association and is one of only 500 individuals in the country that have been awarded the designation of “Certified Speaking Professional.” His “Humor with a Message” programs help people across the country learn how to handle stress better, communicate more effectively, and maintain balance in their lives – but Greg is also a very funny speaker whose talks are described as “hilariously informative.” Greg received his B.A. degree in psychology from Roosevelt University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) from the Jane Addams School of Social Work.
Join us as Greg offers us ways to “Navigate the Waters of Change” with a laugh.

Join us, and Daniel Marsano, as we explore analytical listening skills to enable us to recognize deception and/or missing information. We will discuss ways to find the hidden clues in the person’s own words, which present a clearer picture of the issue, and what the person really knows.
