Chicago Claim Association Dues** $75 (annual membership)
**If you are a current member of the Chicago Claim Association or choose to join at this time, you will receive a $25 per day discount on the conference fees.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You have the option of paying either by check or credit card. If you are paying by check make checks payable to Chicago Claim Association, Tax ID #23-7355408.
We encourage everyone to register online however if you would like to submit your registration via mail, complete the registration form and send with your payment to:

Standard rooms are available for $176* per night based on single/double occupancy.
Timber Ridge Lodge, on the Grand Geneva Resort grounds. One bedroom suites are available for $151* per night and two bedroom suites are available for $251* per night.
*All guest rooms are subject to a $12.00 per night resort fee and 8.5% occupancy tax.
Guests receive a 20% savings on Spa Treatments during the conference.
