The conference schedule has been arranged to provide you with extraordinary opportunity to interact with all attendees. Our exhibitor and sponsor options are structured to provide you with multiple opportunities to meet, greet and network with existing and prospective customers.
Registration and set-up time is Wednesday, May 16, 2012, beginning at 9:00am. All Exhibit booths need to be completely set-up by 5:00pm. The exhibitor chairperson will provide you with conference materials at the designated set-up time.

Liability
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability of losses, damages and claims arising out of injury or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Chicago Claim Association, its agents and employees, from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
While the Exhibit Hall will be closed with security after conference hours, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to obtain insurance and to secure materials. The Chicago Claim Association and the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa do not guarantee or protect against loss or damage of any kind.
Standard of Conduct
Canvassing or distributing advertising matter outside the exhibitors' own booth space is not permitted. Solicitation of business at the conference, except for registered exhibiting companies, is prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to publicize and/or maintain any extracurricular activities; inducements or demonstrations away from the Exhibit Hall during exhibit hours.
