The Chicago Claim Association will once again partner with the Chicago Home Office Life/Health Underwriting Association for this year's annual Golf Outing. We will gather on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at St. Andrew's Golf and Country Club in West Chicago, Illionois.
Your day will start at 10:30 AM with a cookout style lunch on the front lawn followed by a shotgun start at 11:30 AM with some of the best golf in Chicagoland! After you turn in your score cards plan on staying for a very generous supply of door prizes, food, drink and lies about our golfing skills.
The cost of this years event is as follows:
Prior to June 30th: lunch, golf, cart & dinner = $70.00 members and $75.00 for guests
After June 30th: lunch, golf, cart & dinner = $75.00 members and $80.00 for guests
Dinner Only = $25.00
Checks for payment should be made payable to the Chicago Claim Association. If you wish to play with a certain foursome, please submit those names with your registration. Payments for all players in a foursome must be sumbitted together for the foursome to be recogined.
