Accommodations

You are eligible for special conference room rates at the:

  • Deluxe Guest rooms available for $134* per night based on single/double occupancy. A Deluxe Guest Room includes one king or two full sized beds with tripled Egyptian cotton sheets.  These newly designed rooms include a mini-refrigerator, 37" LCD flat screen TV as well as a TV imbedded in the bathroom mirror.  All rooms have a furnished private balcony or patio. 

Timber Ridge Lodge, 7020 Grand Geneva Way, Lake Geneva, WI 53147 (map)  Just a three minute trolly ride away from the main lodge, the Timber Ridge is a great money saving option for room sharing or families.

  • One bedroom suites are available for $134* per night.  A one-bedroom suite accommodate groups for four and provide guests with four water park admissions.  Floor layout includes living room with fireplace, two flat screen televisions, a DVD player, private master bedroom with queen size bed, whirlpool bath, dining room, kitchen complete with full size refrigerator and microwave.  The living room couch is a queen sofa sleeper, converting easily into a bed.  Each suite comes with a covered balcony or patio off of the living room.
  • Two bedroom suites are available for $234* per night.  A two-bedroom suite accommodate groups for six and provide guests with six water park admissions.  First floor layout includes living room with fireplace, two flat screen televisions, private master bedroom with queen size bed, complete with a whirlpool bath, dining room, kitchen complete with full size refrigerator and microwave.  The living room couch is a queen size sofa sleeper converting easily into a bed.  The second floor with its 48' guardrail overlooks the first floor and includes a lofted bedroom with queen bed, flat screen television and private bathroom.  Each suite comes with a covered balcony off of the living rooms. 

*All guest rooms are subject to 8.5% occupancy tax and a $15 per day campus fee.  The campus fee includes wireless internet connection in the guest room, trolly transportation on the grounds on regularly scheduled routes and at scheduled times, access to the Fitness Center, lockers, sauna, steam room, lap pool and fitness classes.  All local, credit card and toll free telephone calls, two complimentary bottled waters per day, daily newspaper, incoming facsimile messages, and in room coffee. 

 
All guests receive a 20% savings on Spa Treatments during the conference.
